




Job Summary: A leading international logistics and transportation company is seeking a Logistics Sales Assistant to support the sales department, generate reports, and follow up with customers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic support for logistics sales and quotation management. 2. Management of commercial CRMs and lead tracking. 3. Administrative support and coordination of the sales team's schedule. **A leading international logistics and transportation company is seeking a Logistics Sales Assistant.** **Requirements:** · Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Relations, Business Administration, etc. (Graduated). · Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer service within freight forwarding. · Knowledge of Incoterms. · Knowledge of logistics services. · Intermediate-to-advanced English **Responsibilities:** · Provide sales department support in preparing and sending quotations to existing and prospective customers. · Generate daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports. · Manage commercial CRMs for lead and prospect entry and tracking—preferably Cargo Wise. · Assist in joint follow-up with the operations department regarding services provided to each customer. · Manage the sales team’s appointment schedule and pending tasks. · Respond to and follow up on inquiries from prospects or customers via phone or email to ensure proper service. · Perform administrative tasks for the respective department. **We Offer:** · Salary: $15,000 to $18,000 MXN gross per month. · Statutory benefits. · Enhanced benefits (4% savings fund, food vouchers, 15-day bonus in the first year and an additional 15-day compensation starting in the second year, etc.) **Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM / flexible schedule and availability on some weekends.** **If interested, please apply through this channel.** Salary: $15,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms * Food vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
