Communicate with customers and representatives regarding deliverables and additional customer service issue resolution, with some guidance from supervisors and colleagues. Participate in regional customer service activities (may include office administration and other support tasks as required by region or department). ***Required Qualifications*** Must be an active student. Student or graduate in International Trade, International Business, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Continuous learning mindset, frustration tolerance, detail orientation, and teamwork skills. Strong written communication, organizational, proofreading, documentation, and interpersonal communication skills. Negative drug test result(s). Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office). Customer-oriented service attitude. ***Preferred Qualifications*** Basic English language proficiency. Proactive, self-directed, detail-oriented, and capable of performing repetitive tasks.
