This opportunity is for you! - **What will you do?** * Coordinate and supervise daily logistics operations, ensuring adherence to timelines and processes. * Manage and track import and export shipments. * Handle and administer B1/B2 visas for border crossing. * Maintain constant communication with customers, suppliers, and customs brokers in English and Spanish. * Coordinate with internal departments to ensure continuity of the supply chain. * Prepare operational reports and logistics KPIs. - **What do you need?** ✅ Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or international trade. ✅ Advanced English (mandatory – oral and written communication with customers/suppliers in the U.S.). ✅ Valid B1/B2 visa (mandatory). ✅ Knowledge of customs procedures and border operations. ✅ Ability to work under pressure and make real-time decisions. ✅ Proficiency in Excel and logistics management tools. - **What do we offer?** Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
