Location: FINSA I Industrial Park, Santa Catarina, Nuevo León. **Job Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, International Business, Commerce, or related field, completed or in final stage. * 1–3 years of experience in similar roles. * Advanced conversational English **(mandatory)**, with ability to communicate effectively in workplace settings and follow up with international customers or suppliers. **Job Responsibilities** * Ability to interpret welding drawings and thermal treatment specifications, identifying weld location, length, orientation, as well as critical zones requiring thermal treatment—particularly in pressure-bearing components and functional sealing surfaces of cylinders, pumps, valves, and motors. * Proficiency in using welding gauges, calipers, thickness gauges, and other instruments to verify weld dimensions, as well as hardness testing equipment or other methods to validate thermal treatment results, ensuring dimensional tolerances, mechanical properties, and correctness. * Evaluate welding and thermal treatment quality per applicable standards, identifying defects such as porosity, cracks, lack of fusion, distortions, overheating, hardness outside specification, or inappropriate microstructures that may compromise pressure resistance, service life, and safety of hydraulic components. * Monitor distortions, residual stresses, and dimensional variations generated during welding and thermal treatment, ensuring concentricity, critical fits, and precision of sealing surfaces required in hydraulic systems.
