Job Summary: A leading international logistics and transportation company seeks a Pricing Manager for Freight Forwarder, responsible for coordinating a team, overseeing rates, and negotiating with suppliers. Oversee rate control and compliance with departmental KPIs. **Hr Option is seeking a Pricing Manager for FORWARDER in Naucalpan de Juárez, State of Mexico** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **A leading international logistics and transportation company is seeking a Pricing Manager for FORWARDER.** **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in International Trade, International Relations, Business Administration, etc. (certified/graduated). * Minimum 3 years of experience in pricing within the Freight Forwarder industry. * Knowledge of Incoterms and import/export documentation. * Experience in domestic, export, and import quotations for Canada and USA\-TEMEC, Asia, Europe, Central America, and South America (ocean, air, and land freight). * Advanced English proficiency. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate a pricing team of 4\-5 members. * Submit weekly reports to the company director on target and strategy achievement. * Supervise and control rates in collaboration with the pricing team. * Ensure the team provides timely and accurate quotations as required by clients. * Review and approve air, land, ocean, customs clearance, warehousing, insurance, and special project quotations. * Negotiate with and develop overseas agents and new or existing suppliers. * Monitor and ensure compliance with pricing department KPIs. * Perform general administrative tasks related to customer service and personnel management. **We Offer:** * Salary: $26,000 to $30,000 gross monthly, negotiable based on experience and competencies. * Statutory benefits. * Enhanced benefits (4% savings fund, 10% food vouchers, 15-day bonus in the first year and an additional 15 days starting from the second year, etc.) **Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM / Flexible schedule and occasional weekends.** **If interested, please apply through this channel.** **Desired Education Level:** Bachelor's Degree \- Graduated **Desired Experience Level:** Mid-Level **Departmental Function:** Logistics / Transportation **Industry:** Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Warehousing **Skills:** * Teamwork * Responsible * Organized *This job posting originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69e671405f00003b00306dcf\&source\=indeed*
