Job Summary: PhalconMX is seeking talent for the pricing area with experience in land logistics services, focused on analyzing and optimizing operational profitability. Key Highlights: 1. Development of competitive pricing strategies and supplier sourcing PhalconMX is a **freight forwarder specialized in land logistics services**. We focus on supporting importers and exporters in designing and executing their logistics operations, facilitating the efficient movement of goods both nationally and internationally. Currently, we are in a phase of **growth** and seeking to **add talent to the pricing area**. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business, Engineering, Logistics, or related field. * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in pricing or quotation areas within freight forwarder or logistics companies. * Supplier portfolio development * Effective communication * Negotiation skills **Main Responsibilities:** * Sourcing suppliers across various platforms. * Analyzing supplier (carrier) rates and structuring competitive final prices. * Supporting the commercial team with quick, clear, and profitable proposals. * Tracking quotations sent to the commercial team. * Maintaining an up-to-date supplier rate database. * Participating in tenders. * Monitoring the effectiveness of submitted quotations. * Collaborating with Operations and Finance to validate costs and margins. **Tools:** * Intermediate Excel * CRM or quotation platform experience. **Benefits:** * Remote work (1 day office / 4 days remote) * Company mobile phone * Statutory benefits * Bi-weekly payment **Must reside within the State of Nuevo León** If you are ready to **analyze, optimize, and drive impact on logistics profitability**, and wish to grow alongside a dynamic team, we want to meet you!
