We are currently looking for your talent to join our **MEXPROUD SHIPPING** team as: **OVERSEAS EXECUTIVE** **Requirements to join our team:** · Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration, International Relations, or related field. · Advanced English proficiency (mandatory). · Goal-oriented mindset with strong focus on performance and compliance. · Ability to conduct in-depth analysis, identify new business opportunities, and demonstrate a collaborative spirit. **Experience:** · Minimum 1 year of experience in the role of OVERSEAS EXECUTIVE. · Quotation preparation for agents · CRM system management · Customer service · Problem resolution **Knowledge:** · Logistics operations for maritime, air, and land shipments (import/export) · Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365® · Incoterms, air, maritime, and land cargo, customs clearance procedures **Skills:** · Negotiation · Customer service orientation · Communication · Proactivity · Organization · Adaptability · Teamwork · Emotional intelligence · Stress management · Time self-management **Your responsibilities will include:** · Supporting international agents to maintain and generate new business opportunities through quotations and personalized advisory services. · Building alliances with agents across various networks to increase our global volume and presence. · Prospecting and developing new independent agents outside existing networks. · Tracking all business opportunities. · Proposing and implementing new strategies to support the growth of the Overseas Department and Mexproud overall. **We offer:** · Net monthly salary ranging from $18,000 to $20,000, depending on experience and competencies. · All statutory benefits. · Enhanced benefits beyond statutory requirements. · Additional company-provided benefits · Work schedule: Monday to Thursday, 08:00–17:00 hrs; Friday, 08:00–14:30 hrs. · Workplace location: CDMX · Opportunities for professional growth At **MEXPROUD SHIPPING**, we uphold a permanent commitment to inclusion and actively promote gender, functional, sexual, and ethnic-racial diversity.
