Focus on order data quality and consistency At **Inova Textiles**, a textile-sector company, we are seeking an **Order Analyst**, a pivotal profile acting as the **bridge between Sales, Order Entry, and Planning/Production**, ensuring each order enters the system **complete, correct, and standardized**. ### **Job Objective:** Ensure the technical and commercial accuracy of each order prior to its entry into the system, serving as a technical–commercial filter that translates the customer’s purchase order (PO) into the terminology and structure of the internal system (ERP). ### **Employment Offer:** Gross monthly salary: $14,000.00 On-site work Full-time schedule Medical insurance Option for indefinite-term contract ### **Requirements:** Industrial or Textile Engineering; Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Sales, International Relations, or related field. 2 years of experience in **order analysis, order entry, planning, production, or similar areas**. Knowledge of **textile products (Desirable, not mandatory)** ERP system proficiency (specific system not required, but understanding of ERP logic is essential). **Advanced Excel**. Strong communication skills with internal departments (Sales, Customer Service, Planning). Ability to **interpret international POs** in **English and Spanish**. Understanding of how an **ERP** functions (specific system not required). High attention to detail and process orientation. Intermediate English (certified) Excellent computer and Microsoft Office suite skills Proficiency in email and Google Drive Valid documentation ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Receive and **review the customer’s PO** before forwarding it to Order Entry. * Validate critical information: **style, fabric, color, size, quantities, prices, dates, lead time, and commercial terms**. * Translate and **encode the information** into the internal standard format. * Identify inconsistencies or missing information and **provide feedback to Sales**. * **Authorize final loading** of the order into the ERP (performed by Order Entry). * Provide **traceability for order changes and revisions**. * Ensure **order data quality and consistency** within the system.
