If you have strong operational leadership, a safety\-focused mindset, and experience coordinating routes, warehouse operations, and national\-level suppliers, this is your opportunity to join a growing team where your expertise will truly make an impact.*** **Benefits:** * Location: Tultitlán, State of Mexico (Tultipark II) * Salary: Up to $25,000 MXN gross per month (based on verifiable experience) * Statutory benefits plus additional benefits * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. \| Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. **What are we looking for in your profile?** * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field * Advanced English (mandatory) * Mandarin Chinese (desirable, not mandatory) * Minimum 4 years of experience in: \- Coordinating heavy cargo routes (not only planning, but real operational supervision) \- Proven experience in hazardous materials transportation, ensuring regulatory compliance and safety standards \- Leading operational teams (drivers, warehouse staff, assistants) \- Managing and negotiating with national transportation suppliers \- Monitoring and tracking operational and financial KPIs (deliveries, lead times, costs, incidents) \- Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control \- Making decisions under pressure and resolving real\-time operational issues \- Advanced Excel for analysis and report generation **Desirable knowledge:** * TMS / Fleet Management systems (Descartes, Transics) * Integrated ERP / WMS systems * ADR regulations * International logistics and customs documentation * Negotiation with transport carriers Salary: Up to $25,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * How long does it take you to commute from home to Tultipark II, Tultitlán, State of Mexico?
