Position Summary: We are seeking an Operations Manager to administer, plan, and control customer deliveries, optimize processes, and ensure achievement of objectives. Key Highlights: 1. Tracks sales performance and prepares reports. **Operations Manager** **Position Requirements** * Experience: 5 years as Operations Supervisor or Operations Manager * Completed Bachelor's degree in International Trade or International Relations, Business Administration, or related field. * Knowledge of logistics and/or transportation. * Experience managing relationships with customers and carriers. * Skills: Proficiency in Excel, strong customer service orientation, and excellent communication skills. * Prior experience in similar roles. **Job Responsibilities** * Administer, plan, and control deliveries to customers. * Achieve monthly sales targets. * Track deliveries to customers. * Ensure timely customer deliveries. * Monitor scheduled loading and unloading appointments with customers. * Review and optimize traffic operational processes. * Define metrics for client reporting management. * Monitor origin-to-destination shipments. * Handle reports requested by customers. * Manage customer databases and documentation. **Additional Benefits and Perks** * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday half-day. * Statutory benefits. * On-site work mode. * Located within Cintermex.
