Perform analysis of reported claims; ensuring compliance with service level agreements, receipt of required documents, tracking, closure, and excellent customer service. * Validate that documentation submitted by the insured matches policy conditions for: claims analysis, settlement, and adjustment of assigned claims. * Enter claim information into the relevant databases and applications for each account. * Verify claim duplication to avoid duplicate handling. * Maintain a reporting database of cases handled according to daily assignments. * Generate daily productivity reports for cases handled. * Request documentation required for claim analysis, as stipulated in the policy. * Conduct ongoing follow-up on requested documentation, adhering to the policy’s claims filing instructions. * Perform outbound follow-up (telephone calls to insureds and providers) as operationally required. * Store claim-related documents in the corresponding applications for each account for subsequent tracking and consultation. * Assign providers as appropriate, with respective follow-up and closure, ensuring accurate billing for services rendered. * Analyze technical reports issued by providers, ensuring they contain clear and compelling information enabling adjusters to perform accurate settlements. * Reconcile and bill services submitted by providers within established timeframes. * Keep insureds informed about the status of their claims at each stage. * Send insureds responses regarding indemnity payment availability and/or objections, per the terms of each agreement. by virtue of the position. Experience: Minimum 1 year in analysis processes, document management, and customer service. Academic Qualifications: University degree or equivalent (preferably in law, engineering, administration, international trade, or insurance).
