Personal and professional development Mexproud Shipping is an international logistics and transportation company with 27 years of industry experience, specializing in comprehensive global forwarding solutions. **What you need to join our team:** * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business and/or International Relations or related field. * Advanced English proficiency. * Experience: minimum 2 years in maritime, air, and land operations. **Required Knowledge:** * Export (EXPO) processes for maritime, air, and land transport (FCL, LCL) * Knowledge of Incoterms * Processes and coordination with shipping lines * Customs clearance knowledge **Your responsibilities will include:** * Timely tracking of shipments from origin to final delivery (import and export, maritime, air, and land) * Preparation, tracking, control, and management of reports * Use of enterprise systems * External and internal customer service, as well as coordination with suppliers * Review of shipment documents (Bills of Lading, Invoices, Packing Lists, * Certificates of Origin, etc.) * Communication with origin agents (English speaking and writing skills are mandatory) * Administrative control **We offer:** * Net salary commensurate with experience and competencies. * Statutory and above-statutory benefits: Food vouchers, monthly bonuses, Dental insurance, Vision insurance, Accident insurance, Life insurance, Discounts at various establishments. * Career growth opportunity. **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 08:00–17:00 hrs; Friday, 08:00–14:30 hrs.
