Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it. **Job Description:** Manage customs, import, and export operations, as well as on-time delivery activities and procedures, ensuring regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction. **What You’ll Do:** * Coordinate procedures across different functions for managing imports and exports, ensuring shipment execution in compliance and fostering a collaborative, customer-service-oriented environment. * Track special import and export account programs; support obtaining and preparing all necessary documentation related to logistics operations. **What You Bring:** * **Import/Export – Manufacturing:** Knowledge of import/export topics, procedures, tools, and practices; ability to manage the entry and exit of goods to and from international locations. * **Internal Resource Coordination:** Knowledge of techniques, tools, and applications for internal resource coordination; ability to synchronize and integrate activities, responsibilities, and control structures, ensuring efficient use of resources to achieve business objectives. * **Logistics Management:** Knowledge of logistics and operations management; ability to follow appropriate processes and execute operations enabling efficient and effective movement of materials and finished products. * **Transportation – Manufacturing:** Knowledge of transportation; ability to coordinate the movement of materials and goods among suppliers, distribution centers, manufacturing plants, and customers. **Basic Qualifications:** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in International Trade and Customs or related field **Experience:** 1 year in related positions **Knowledge:** Microsoft Office, Inventory Control Systems Annex 24, SAP. **Language:** Basic English. **Willingness to Travel:** Yes **Willingness to Work Rotating Shifts:** No **Additional Information:** **Location:** Caterpillar Torreón **ISE:** No **Sponsorship:** No **Relocation assistance:** No **Don’t forget to include your resume!** \#LI **Posting Dates:** March 18, 2026 \- March 25, 2026 Caterpillar is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
