Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage container registration, review, and scheduling; coordinate assignments; monitor yard cargo operations; and ensure validation of information with customers. Key role in coordinating and monitoring cargo operations. **Experience** Minimum one year in transportation **Academic Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in international trade, international business, customs, or related fields **Responsibilities** * Daily container registration (date, container number, container size, shipping line, terminal, date of entry, entry block, etc.) * Review all pre-registrations shared by customs agents. * Review terminal entry calendar daily. * Inventory review * Scheduling of entries * Assignment to operators and permit holders * Sharing container and operator assignments with the yard for loading * Monitoring yard registrations and loading activities * Sending EIRs requested by customers via email * Recording trips in the system * Recording rescheduling actions * Validating information shared by customers **Working Hours** Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM Saturdays, 9 AM to 2 PM Flexible working hours available Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: Starting from $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Work Location: On-site employment
