Our expertise spans standardized operations and multimodal shipment solutions, as well as customized industrial projects. **We have an excellent opportunity for you as a Land Operations Intern located in Monterrey** **What will be your primary objective in this role?** To provide administrative and operational support within the land product **What will you do in this role?** * Customer onboarding. * Process documentation requirements for domestic, import, and export land shipments. * Track the status of domestic, import, and export land shipments. * Monitor and resolve land transportation incidents and exceptions, if required. * Perform IT system-related tasks and provide shipment data. * Coordinate with transportation carriers. * Pre-arrival notifications and alerts. * Monitor billing and collections. **What can you bring to this role?** * Advanced English * Excel proficiency * Knowledge of INCOTERMS * Knowledge of land import and export processes * Microsoft Office proficiency * Currently enrolled in the 5th semester or later of a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, International Trade, or related field **Why should you join our team?** You will have the opportunity to work in an international company with a multicultural environment.
