Position Summary: We are seeking a logistics professional to manage transportation, distribution, and daily operations, with a focus on continuous improvement and regulatory compliance. Development of synergies within teams and interpersonal skills WHAT WOULD BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES? * Adherence to defined departmental performance indicators (compliance) * Reporting status and updates on goods in transit. * Innovation in logistics processes and continuous improvement. * Management of logistics key performance indicators (KPIs). * Compliance with departmental SG requirements. * Transportation and distribution management: design efficient routes and coordinate deliveries. * Supplier selection and negotiation: evaluate performance and costs. * Supervision of daily operations: coordinate transportation and distribution teams. * Implementation of technological solutions: logistics management systems and traceability systems. * Regulatory compliance: ensure safety, quality standards, and adherence to international regulations. * Accountability: ensure operational compliance and remain engaged and up-to-date on departmental developments. * Interpersonal skills: interactions with others must be professional, yet you must also earn your team’s trust to foster synergy in achieving goals; ability to listen actively and assign responsibilities effectively. * Compliance with departmental SG requirements.
