




**Education:** International/Foreign Trade, International Business or related field. **Gender:** Not specified **Age:** Over 25 **Experience:** Minimum of 4 years in Foreign Trade and Customs **Knowledge:** Basic English, Microsoft Office proficiency, Advanced Excel, Incoterms, Customs Legislation and Free Trade Agreements **Personal Attributes:** Leadership, work ethics, analytical ability, organized, ability to learn, proactive, responsible, conflict resolution skills, teamwork and ability to work under pressure, results-oriented **FUNCTIONS OR TASKS:** A) Close communication with Customs Brokers and competent Customs Authorities B) Knowledge of Annexes 24 and 30 C) Collect invoices and upload them into the inventory control system (Annex 24) D) Support in managing the Inventory Control System (Annex 24) E) Coordination of special operations such as changes of customs regime and regularization procedures F) Knowledge of DATASTAGE usage G) Support in administration and management of Annex 30 H) Responsible for uploading Bills of Materials (BOM) into the inventory control system (Annex 24) I) Support in reconciliations and downloads of Annex 24 J) Support in managing invoices for materials and/or product structures K) Knowledge of customs legislation and international treaties L) Knowledge of the IMMEX Program, PROSEC, Rule 8, VAT, and OEA Certification M) Knowledge of Incoterms usage N) Any other duties related to the department Employment type: Full-time, Indefinite term Salary: $16,500.00 - $18,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
