Descripción del trabajo: The Inventory Analyst – Annex 24 is responsible for analyzing, controlling, and reconciling inventories between SAP, the Annex 24 Inventory Control System, and the VAT Credit balance reflected on the SAT platform (Annex 30\), ensuring full compliance with Mexican customs legislation and Foreign Trade Rules. The position plays a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting audits, and mitigating customs and tax risks for IMMEX operations. Requisitos: **Key Responsibilities** * Analyze and reconcile inventories among SAP, Annex 24 system, and VAT Credit balances on a recurring basis. * Perform monthly inventory reconciliations between SAP vs. Annex 24 vs. Annex 30 VAT credit. * Monitor and analyze monthly KPIs related to internal import operations and inventory movements. * Identify, analyze, document, and resolve inventory discrepancies, including root cause analysis and corrective actions. * Validate and control part numbers and ensure consistency across SAP, Annex 24, and Annex 30 reports * Ensure accurate handling of Bills of Materials (BOMs) and their correct application in inventory discharges. * Support compliance with return deadlines for temporarily imported goods under the IMMEX program. * Prepare reports, reconciliations, and supporting documentation for internal audits, external audits, and SAT reviews. * Coordinate ongoing communication with the materials and engineering teams to resolve discrepancies and external parties (3PLs, consultants, auditors). * Review and stay current on Foreign Trade Rules and customs legislation applicable to Annex 24 and IMMEX operations. * Support inventory regularization processes when discrepancies or non\-compliance risks are identified. * Propose and implement continuous improvements to inventory control, reconciliation processes, and system accuracy. **Systems \& Transactional Knowledge** * Knowledge of the different inventory transactions in the ERP system and their interpretation on the production floor and in Annex 24 * Annex 24 Inventory Control Systems (SAP GTS or equivalent third\-party solutions). * ERP, WMS, and third\-party logistics (3PL) inventory integration. * Production floor audits to understand material flow **Regulatory \& Trade Compliance Knowledge** * Annex 24, Annex 22, and Annex 30 of the Mexican Foreign Trade Rules. * IMMEX program requirements and inventory control obligations. * Knowledge of PROSEC and CIVA certifications. * Knowledge of Annex 30 (preferred). * Customs documentation: import/export entries, transfer certificates, and inventory discharge methods. **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade, International Business, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or related field. **Technical Skills** * SAP (MM, Trade Compliance, and inventory\-related transactions). * Annex 24 inventory control systems. * Intermediate to advanced Excel (reconciliations, pivot tables, analysis). * Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities. **Competencies \& Soft Skills** * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. * High attention to detail and accuracy. * Strong sense of compliance and risk awareness. * Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure. * Effective communication with cross\-functional teams. * Proactive mindset with continuous improvement orientation.
