We are convinced that the combination of solidarity, innovation, respect, loyalty, and responsibility is the perfect formula to become the best team in the financial sector. **Job Objectives:** * Develop and implement projects for business development: increasing payments as well as average balances through financial inclusion to contribute to achieving the goals of the International Payments Management and the DGA International Banking. * Manage the Dispersed Platform (Family Remittance Payments at Banorte), complying with current regulations to ensure monitoring and compliance with the established budget. * Coordinate and manage timely resolution of operational, technical, or administrative incidents impacting the continuity of production processes. Every day you will face **new and interesting challenges** within your role, in which you will be responsible for: * Monitoring the proper operation of the payment platform and related Banorte matters. * Providing Operational Support to money transmitting companies and banks through Uniteller on matters related to Banorte. * Developing and implementing projects focused on financial inclusion for the Remittances segment. * Ensuring the business model with the Banorte\-Uniteller Payment Platform, mitigating risks, complying with applicable policies, and implementing current internal and external regulations. * Coordinating multidisciplinary teams and aligning efforts across departments. * Establishing and following up on strategies focused on financial inclusion for the Remittances segment to enhance market share growth, account openings, balance retention, and customer development. **Requirements:** * Professional education: Systems Engineering, International Business, Business Administration, Finance or related fields. * Years of experience: 2 years of experience in Financial Services. * Areas of experience: Desired experience in Project Management and Administration, and in marketing and management of financial products and services. * Required knowledge: financial services. * Languages: Advanced English. * Travel availability: YES. * Relocation availability: NA.
