If you are passionate about intermodal logistics and focused on operational excellence, this opportunity is for you! **Purpose of the Role** You will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing land operations (rail, truck, and intermodal) for ONE’s DOOR services across the five ports where we operate in Mexico. Your primary objective will be strategic planning, cost optimization, and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient logistics. **Your Key Responsibilities** * **Operational Leadership:** Supervise and coordinate the operational team to ensure high-quality logistics solutions and resolve daily incidents. * **Vendor Management:** Monitor vendor availability at ports and inland locations, and manage the hiring of additional units during peak seasons. * **Commercial Strategy:** Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and EQC teams to attract new business and improve operational performance. * **Cost and Rate Control:** Negotiate rates with the Procurement team and manage additional costs in exceptional situations with Inland Product. * **Continuous Improvement:** Implement best practices to streamline processes and optimize delivery times and costs. **What We Are Looking For** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Transportation, Logistics, International Trade, or Industrial Engineering. * **Experience:** Minimum 5 years of solid experience with regulations applicable to transportation, the Road Law, and Traffic Regulations. * **Technical Knowledge:** Proficiency in NOM\-012, 087, 035, 068, and 040\. 9 * **Languages:** English at level **B2**. * **Software:** Familiarity with OPUS system is desirable. **Desired Competencies** * Strategic mindset and results orientation. * Inspirational leadership and ability to coach teams. * Adaptability to market dynamics and cultural agility. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
