Coordinate cargo shipments **HR Option is seeking an Inside Sales – Freight Forwarder in Tlalnepantla de Baz, State of Mexico** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ **A leading international logistics and transportation company is looking for an Inside Sales – Freight Forwarder.** As an Inside Sales Freight Forwarder, you will be responsible for managing and strengthening client relationships while promoting international logistics and transportation services. Your responsibilities will include preparing quotations, following up with clients, and coordinating cargo shipments. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Relations, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or Inside Sales – Freight Forwarder. * Knowledge of Incoterms. * Knowledge of logistics services. * Intermediate English proficiency. **Responsibilities:** * Support the sales executive in preparing and sending quotations to existing and prospective clients. * Generate daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports. * Use commercial CRM systems (preferably Cargo Wise) to capture, track leads and prospects. * Generate sales by contacting internal clients to develop new business opportunities. * Manage appointment schedules and pending tasks with sales executives and the director. * Respond to and follow up on inquiries from prospects or clients via phone or email to ensure proper service. * Perform administrative tasks relevant to the department. **We Offer:** * Salary: $18,000 to $20,000 MXN gross. * Statutory benefits. * Additional benefits (savings fund: 4%, food vouchers, 15-day bonus in the first year and an additional 15 days’ compensation starting from the second year, etc.) **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM / Flexible schedule including some weekends. **If interested, apply through this channel.** **Desired Education Level:** Higher education – Degree holder **Desired Experience Level:** Mid-level **Departmental Function:** Logistics / Transportation **Industry:** Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Warehousing **Skills:** * Teamwork * Responsible * Organized *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j_id=69a873953300003300844793&source=indeed
