




Job Summary: Internal sales assistant responsible for managing purchase orders, monitoring material status, coordinating logistics, and maintaining communication with customers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and track purchase orders and process intercompany orders. 2. Monitor material status, coordinate shipments, and prepare quotations. 3. Communicate regularly with customers and internal departments, and validate orders. **INTERNAL SALES ASSISTANT** **Requirements** Bachelor's degree in International Trade / International Business or Industrial Engineering / Business Administration (LAE) or related field. 1 year of experience in trade or administrative areas. Intermediate Excel skills, including formulas and tables. **Main Functions and Responsibilities**: * Manage and track customer purchase orders. * Process intercompany orders (Raleigh and CFMEX). * Monitor material status and delivery dates. * Coordinate shipments and shipping logistics. * Prepare basic quotations and request pricing from suppliers. * Validate purchase orders against sales orders (quality/ISO compliance). * Track rework and order adjustments. * Maintain constant communication with customers and internal departments. * **Conversational English is mandatory** **We Offer** Salary = MXN 20,000 (pre-tax), plus 4% food vouchers, plus 3% savings fund, 100% IMSS coverage.
