




Position Summary: International Trade Coordinator with experience in customs clearance, customs entry review, and treaty application to ensure efficient goods release. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation of documentation for goods release **Requirements** * Education: **Bachelor's degree in International Trade or related field (graduated or intern).** * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position. * Intermediate English * Excel proficiency (Intermediate\-Advanced). **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Weekly payment * Savings fund * Year-end bonus exceeding statutory requirements * Savings box * Vacation bonus exceeding statutory requirements And other benefits Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Responsibilities:** * Tracking shipping labels (courier packages) upon arrival and calculating applicable customs duties to notify receiving department * Coordinating air cargo shipments with the customs broker * Reviewing customs duties and entries before the customs broker makes payment * Requesting certification and label authorization from UVA (Authorized Verification Unit) * Reviewing tariff classifications, estimated values, customs accounts, and automatic permits * Applying trade treaties with other countries * Receiving invoices for ocean freight, domestic land transportation, custody, and UVA services, and scheduling these documents for payment * Submitting all documentation generated per import to the accounting department for recording * General import filing * Preparation of documentation for goods release Workplace: On\-site employment Salary: $10,000\.00 \- $12,000\.00 per month Workplace: On\-site employment
