




Job Description and Activity Details **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Prepare export invoices RT, V1, A1 and import invoices IN, V1, A1, AF, F4, F5, R1, INBOND in the INTRADE system. * Ensure proper review of customs entries based on Annex 22 and correct assignment of import/export entries in the INTRADE system. * Archive, control, and organize export and import customs documentation in labeled filing boxes. * Manage transportation logistics; track scheduled pickups and/or shipments using GPS, email, or telephone to provide status updates to relevant departments. * Participate in, develop, and lead continuous improvement projects. Experience and Requirements **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or related field. * One year of experience in a similar position. * English proficiency: 65%. **SKILLS** * Proactive and organized. * Flexible working hours. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (65%). * INTRADE system. * Knowledge of Annexes 22, 24, and 31.
