We invite you to join our outstanding team as: **\*IMPORT EXECUTIVE\*** **RESPONSIBILITIES** \-Optimize and ensure timely execution of all import-related activities, whether ongoing or completed. \-Prepare weekly shipping plans for all cleared shipments to coordinate land transportation units for timely delivery from port to CEDIS. \-Determine the tariff classification of imported goods and update classifications of existing products when necessary due to regulatory changes, in order to identify applicable taxes, duties, non-tariff regulations, etc. \-Prepare, process, and track product conformity certificates, verifying their validity and correct classification. **REQUIRED EXPERIENCE** \- Minimum two years’ experience handling customs procedures for imports. \- Experience in maritime logistics. \- Experience processing product conformity certificates for Mexican Official Standards (NOMs): NOM-010-SESH, NOM-003-SCFI, NOM-001-SCFI, NOM-025-ENER, NOM-010-SCFI. \- Supplier interaction experience. **TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED** * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency (mandatory) * Import procedures * Mexican Official Standards (NOMs) * Domestic and international logistics * Customs clearance * Intermediate English **Academic Qualification: −** Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business, International Relations, or related field. **WE OFFER:** * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Monthly salary between $14,000 and $18,000, depending on experience * Pet-Friendly workplace * Grocery vouchers * Excellent working environment * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break); Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM * Work location: Jaripeo, Michoacán (15 minutes from Mil Cumbres exit roundabout) **"ONLY CANDIDATES MEETING THE PROFILE WILL BE CONSIDERED"** Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $14,000.00 \- $18,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Discounts and preferential pricing * Option for indefinite-term contract * Grocery vouchers Experience: * Imports: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: On-site
