Job Summary: We are seeking an Import Cost Analyst to handle accounting registration, cost analysis, invoice reconciliation, and support in accounting closings. Key Highlights: 1. Support in accounting closings and audits ***At SELECT SHOP*** We are a company dedicated to the importation and distribution of products across various categories—including cosmetics, household goods, tools, technology, etc.—through major marketplaces, serving the entire Mexican republic. ***We are currently hiring:*** **IMPORT COST ANALYST** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (intern or graduate). * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of accounting experience (professional internships count). * Basic knowledge of costing, imports, or international trade (preferred). * Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas). * ERP knowledge (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is preferred. **Responsibilities:** * Accounting registration of import-related transactions. * Integration and analysis of import costs (freight, tariffs, taxes, customs expenses, etc.). * Reconciliation of invoices from domestic and international suppliers. * Control and validation of customs declarations and international trade documentation. * Support in monthly accounting closings. * Preparation of cost and variance reports. * Monitoring of accruals and control of logistics expenses. * Support in internal and external audits. **Work Location:** * Torre Polanco, Deleg.
