National Distributor of Bicycles and Sports Goods Is seeking: **Import Coordinator** We are looking for a professional to manage the company’s import operations, ensuring efficiency, regulatory compliance, and effective coordination with our international suppliers. **Requirements** Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business, Logistics, or related field. 3\-5 years of experience in imports and international logistics. Intermediate\-advanced Excel proficiency. Intermediate English (preferred). **Responsibilities:** * Operational and administrative management and tracking of the import process. * Coordination of procurement logistics and shipment consolidation. * Analysis of historical data and product turnover for demand forecasting. * Management of out-of-schedule imports via fast and efficient channels. * Relationship management and negotiation with suppliers and logistics agents. * Creation and maintenance of a logistics supplier portfolio. * Calculation of import costs (logistics, freight, tariffs, and customs duties). * Compliance with current regulations and legislation. * Research and quotation of new products and origins. * Leadership of continuous improvement initiatives in import processes. * Optimization of international transportation costs. * Presentation of results and tracking of achievements and areas for improvement. **Employer Offer** Benefits exceeding statutory requirements Bonus exceeding statutory requirements FDA PTU SGMM Incentives for achievement of objectives.
