Job Objective Provide support in managing import processes, ensuring international goods arrive on time, in proper condition, and in full compliance with all legal and administrative requirements. What will you do in this role? * Assist in preparing and reviewing import documentation (invoices, certificates of origin, contracts, etc.). * Verify orders and regulatory requirements. * Track international shipments promptly. * Coordinate with suppliers, customs brokers, and freight carriers. * Update import databases and reports. * Support resolution of incidents and claims. * Collaborate with internal departments to ensure correct receipt and distribution of goods. Required Profile * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business, Logistics, Administration, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in import processes. * Knowledge of: * Import procedures and documentation. * International logistics and transportation. * Data analysis. * Availability to work in the Sanctorum area (near Tres Guerras).
