Ensures required delivery dates for imported goods and related documents (invoices, certificates, customs permits, etc.) by monitoring on-time delivery compliance and avoiding excessive administrative costs due to delays or storage fees. 2. Identifies alternative suppliers in international markets to evaluate import profitability, considering total import cost, taxes, customs duties, and any other associated expenses on a 100% event basis, to detect purchasing opportunities and conduct comprehensive cost analyses. 3. Expands the base of reliable suppliers based on their compliance with tax obligations to SAT, legal and regulatory requirements (including quality and safety), and commercial standards, providing follow-up on evaluation, re-evaluation, and performance tracking. 4. Prevents delays in international purchases to avoid shortages of finished products for sale. 5.
