A growing company dedicated to the processing, marketing, and distribution of vegetables through cold-chain and frozen logistics is seeking an **Import Coordinator** (Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business, or related field), with a minimum of 1–3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within the fresh food, mass-consumption, or retail industry. **Responsibilities:** Coordinate import operations for materials, machinery, and spare parts, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and proper documentation management. Monitor customs brokers and suppliers to guarantee timely and accurate clearance; oversee inventory to maintain optimal supply levels and prevent risks of fines or delays. Additionally, implement and supervise import-related processes, audits, and reporting, maintaining effective communication with internal departments and supporting staff training on international trade topics. **Language Requirement:** Advanced English (minimum 90% proficiency in both written and spoken). **Working Hours:** 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. **Training Requirements:** Customs law and international trade regulations, export promotion programs, documentation control for imports of packaging materials and machinery, knowledge of export procedures. **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business, or related field Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Up to $30,000.00 MXN per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Complimentary uniforms * Food vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
