Our mission is to add value to society by building a better, safer, and more interconnected world. **Job Description** Handle the import and export of samples, supplies, and equipment, reducing response times for users and/or affiliated entities. Anticipate logistical needs for receiving or shipping requested supplies, and follow up with brokers, freight forwarders, and/or customs agents. * Support departmental needs and projects by anticipating foreign trade requirements for supplies/services, ensuring competitive pricing, on-time delivery, and compliance with technical specifications of the business or function. * Receive import and export requests from users, including requests for sending samples or goods abroad. * Collect required import and/or export documentation to ensure timely and proper customs clearance, thereby reducing costs and delivery times. * Verify whether imported and/or exported goods qualify as originating products for preferential tariff treatment. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in international trade. * Advanced English proficiency. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
