




Job Summary: Coordinate commercial transfer operations, ensure timely deliveries, manage suppliers, and maintain documentation control for import/export activities, including Annex 24 and 30. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in Annex 24 and 30 compliance control at a maquiladora company 2. Management of IMMEX, VAT, IEPS, and PROSEC certifications 3. Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards * Coordinate commercial transfer operations to and from Mexico, including handling of samples, raw materials, production, fixed assets, and finished goods. * Ensure timely delivery confirmation, proper order scheduling, and continuous replenishment. * Maintain effective communication with customers by providing periodic reports on order status, inventory levels, and any relevant incidents. * Administer accounts managed by suppliers, as well as those related to manufacturing and shipping processes. * Identify, evaluate, and develop new suppliers to enhance operational efficiency and competitiveness. * Maintain appropriate control over import/export documentation (customs entries, foreign trade files, and digital archives). * Administer and ensure proper functioning of Annex 24 and Annex 30 systems. * Prepare and submit monthly Annex 30 reports to the relevant authorities. * Assist in customs authority audits, when applicable. * Support the Import/Export Supervisor in resolving issues related to foreign trade operations. * Review scrap and nationalization processes to ensure adequate control.
