




Job Description and Responsibilities Support the management and control of documentation required to comply with customs operations. * Prepare and update periodic reports related to payments, fines, invoices, and electronic files. * Maintain constant communication with operational and finance departments for sending and validating information. * Contribute to tracking programs, certifications, and internal processes. * Ensure proper organization and safeguarding of information in both physical and digital formats. Experience and Requirements * Basic knowledge of International Trade. * Intermediate level of MS Office. * Basic English. * Knowledge of Annex 24 System. * Basic knowledge of Annex 22. * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Customs, International Trade, or related field. * First shift. * Import/Export experience. * Positive attitude.
