Additionally, ensure internal control and compliance with key certifications such as IMMEX and IVA‑IEPS AAA. **Main Responsibilities** --------------------------------- **Customs Compliance and Control** * Review, analyze, and approve import and export customs declarations (pedimentos). * Prepare working papers for SAT audits and respond to international trade requirements. * Prepare and submit information corresponding to **Annex 24** and **Annex 31**. * Execute internal control projects requested by Magna Corporate. **Operations and Certifications** * Ensure compliance with and renewal of the **IMMEX** and **IVA‑IEPS AAA** programs. * Prepare and monitor cash flow planning for taxes and customs services. * Conduct necessary audits to guarantee the legal status of fixed assets. **Safety, Quality, and Environment** * Comply with guidelines of the **CTPAT**, ISO‑14001, and internal quality standards. * Promote a safe working environment and practices of continuous improvement. **Documentation and Reporting** * Prepare statistical reports on international trade operations. * Ensure accurate accounting reconciliation related to customs declarations and assets. **Essential Requirements** ----------------------------- * **Bachelor’s degree in:** International Trade, Business Administration, Accounting, International Business, or related field. * **Experience:** 3–6 years in areas related to imports, exports, or customs compliance. * **Solid knowledge of:** Customs Law, SAT platforms, international trade regulations, and customs declarations (pedimentos). * Intermediate Excel. * Intermediate English. * Key skills: decision-making, negotiation, analytical ability, and attention to detail. **At Formex, we believe in diversity and talent** --------------------------------------------------- All individuals are welcome, regardless of gender, age, physical condition, origin, or identity.
