This opportunity is for you! **Requirements** * Technical degree or bachelor's degree in **International Trade, Customs, or Logistics**. * Proven experience in **reviewing remittances and customs entries**, handling various **customs tariff codes and regimes**. **Knowledge** * **Customs Law** and its Regulations. * **TIGIE** (tariff classifications, duties, and legal notes). * **General Rules of International Trade (RGCE)**. * **Annex 22** (structure of the customs entry). * **Annex 19** (violations and penalties). * **International treaties** (USMCA and other FTAs). * **INCOTERMS**. * **Customs valuation**. * **Customs entry identifiers and codes**. * **IMMEX**, **PROSEC**, and **IVA-IEPS Certification** programs. **Main Responsibilities** * Prior, detailed, and thorough review of **documentation and customs entries**. * Accurate calculation of **taxes on international trade**. * Verification of proper alignment among **goods, invoice, packing list, and operational documentation**. * Information analysis and **ensuring regulatory compliance**, minimizing risks and contingencies.
