Position Summary: This position focuses on the procurement of raw materials (fruit/avocado), with emphasis on orchard prospecting, size grading evaluation, and negotiation with producers to coordinate harvesting. Conducts orchard prospecting and evaluation Position Objective:\- Procure raw materials (fruit/avocado) in accordance with customer requirements (quality and size grade). Responsibilities: \- Prospect orchards and register them in the designated APP. \- Conduct fruit size grading evaluation. \- Negotiate fruit to be harvested with producers. \- Coordinate fruit harvesting. \- Collect samples for LMR and dry matter analysis. \- Monitor purchase orders and contracts for purchased fruit. Requirements: \- Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness / International Business or related field. \- Experience: 2 years in this position. \- Valid driver’s license (driver) and ability to operate a standard vehicle.
