Prepare quotations and follow up with clients **HR Option is seeking a Freight Forwarder Quotation Specialist in Tlalnepantla de Baz, State of Mexico** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **A prominent international logistics and transportation company is looking for a Freight Forwarder Quotation Specialist.** As an Inside Sales Freight Forwarder, you will be responsible for managing and strengthening commercial relationships with clients while promoting international logistics and transportation services. Your responsibilities will include preparing quotations, following up with clients, and coordinating cargo shipments. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Relations, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or inside sales within the Freight Forwarding industry. * Knowledge of Incoterms. * Knowledge of logistics services. * Intermediate English proficiency. **Responsibilities:** * Support the sales executive in preparing and sending quotations to existing and prospective clients. * Generate daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports. * Manage commercial CRM systems for lead and prospect capture and tracking—preferably Cargo Wise. * Generate sales by contacting internal clients to develop new business opportunities. * Manage appointment schedules and pending tasks with sales executives and the director. * Respond to and follow up on inquiries from prospects or clients via phone or email to ensure proper service delivery. * Perform administrative tasks relevant to the department. **We Offer:** * Salary: $18,000–$20,000 MXN gross per month. * Statutory benefits. * Enhanced benefits (4% savings fund, food vouchers, 15-day bonus in the first year and an additional 15 days starting from the second year, etc.) **Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; flexible schedule and availability on some weekends.** **If interested, apply through this channel** **Desired Education Level:** Bachelor’s degree — completed **Desired Experience Level:** Mid-level **Departmental Function:** Commercial / Sales **Industry:** Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Warehousing **Skills:** * Teamwork * Responsible * Organized *This job posting originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69a880d83a000030005ace7d\&source\=indeed*
