Job Summary: We are seeking a young professional or one with an incomplete degree in Foreign Trade to manage shipments, tariff classifications, and customs documentation. Key Highlights: 1. Manages shipments and tariff classifications 2. Prepares key customs documentation 3. Reviews and enters expense accounts Gender: No preference. Age: 20 to 30 years old. Recent graduate or incomplete degree (Foreign Trade or related field). Experience: 6 months to 1 year. Responsibilities: \- Shipment tracking. \- Review of item-level tariff classifications for proper importation. \- Preparation of customs release letters. \- Requesting freight quotations. \- Preparation of value declarations. \- Review of pro forma customs entries and request for pro forma advance payment. \- Review and entry of expense accounts. \- Preparation of CCPs (Customs Clearance Permits). \- Review of mill certificates and information reconciliation. (Automatic notifications). \- Knowledge of Annex 24\.
