The intern will assist in customs clearance coordination, document review, and shipment tracking, ensuring compliance with current regulations. **Responsibilities:** * Document management * Tariff classification * Shipment tracking (tracking) * Single-window system (VUCEM or equivalent) * Filing and auditing * Contact with suppliers **Requirements:** * Final-semester student in International Business, International Trade, Customs Law, or related field * Intermediate English (technical reading and email writing ability) * Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables and basic formulas); ERP knowledge (SAP/Oracle) is desirable * Understanding of Incoterms 2020 and basic customs law **Competencies:** * **Attention to detail**: essential for identifying discrepancies in legal documents * **Sense of urgency**: ability to prioritize tasks in time-critical environments (to avoid delays and storage costs) * **Proactivity**: willingness to research changes in non-tariff regulations Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment
