




**Foreign Trade and Logistics Specialist** We are seeking a highly organized Foreign Trade and International Logistics professional with solid technical expertise in tariff classification, customs regulations, and end-to-end management of international operations—FOB, CIF, DDP. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Prepare cost projections based on FOB quotations and projects, calculating final landed costs (DDP). * Manage all regulatory requirements related to permits, registries, and procedures necessary for customs clearance and container release. * Conduct detailed tracking of each stage of the logistics process—from FOB negotiation through to DDP delivery—ensuring collection of all required documentation, tax payments, and other processes essential for container clearance and delivery. * Participate in product development, as well as verification of brands, designs, labeling, and UVA. * Technical review of tariff classifications according to TIGIE and the Harmonized System. * Validation of applicable taxes, restrictions, NOMs, and other regulations corresponding to the tariff classification. * Track negotiations with international suppliers, ensuring compliance with commercial terms (FOB, CIF, DDP). * Coordinate and negotiate with shipping lines for maritime imports. * Negotiate with domestic land transport companies from Manzanillo to CDMX or other national destinations. * Review and collect import documentation: commercial invoice, packing list, certificates of origin, bill of lading (BL), permits, etc. * Organize physical and digital files in accordance with audit and tax requirements. * Support the accounting and tax departments in closing logistics files. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade, International Business, International Relations, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. * In-depth knowledge of Incoterms 2020 (CIF, FOB, DDP). * Proficiency in TIGIE, SNICE, VUCEM, and current customs legislation. * Strong commercial and logistics negotiation skills with foreign suppliers. * Intermediate-to-advanced English (written negotiation, technical communication, and follow-up). * Proficiency in document management tools and Excel. **WE OFFER:** * Monthly salary: $25,000 MXN * Statutory benefits * Salary increases * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays (half-day) * Atizapán de Zaragoza—near warehouses Employment type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract Salary: Starting at $25,000.00 MXN per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site
