Administration of temporary materials control **RH PLANNING is seeking an International Trade Analyst in Querétaro, Querétaro** --------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Location \-** Querétaro Industrial Park **Requirements** * TSU or Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Customs Operations, or related field. * Minimum **2 years’ experience in international trade compliance and documentary control**. * Knowledge of: customs legislation, Incoterms, IVA/IEPS certification, and Annex 30\. * Proficiency in Excel, Word, and ERP systems (Oracle / Aranxel preferred) * Intermediate English **Responsibilities** * Prepare and validate customs documentation (letters, certificates of origin, legal supporting documents). * Review, enter, and track customs entries to ensure regulatory compliance (A1, RT, F4, V1, BM, I1\). * Compile, organize, and maintain up-to-date international trade files for audit purposes. * Administer temporary materials control and virtual operations in accordance with IMMEX regulations. * Generate regulatory reports (Annex 30\) and validate data against internal systems. * Supervise accurate international trade information in receiving processes. **We Offer** * Monthly salary: **$25,000 gross** * Meal vouchers * 30-day Christmas bonus * 60% vacation premium * Savings fund * Major medical expense insurance (immediate family) * Life insurance * On-site cafeteria **Schedule** Monday to Friday, **8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.** **Desired Education Level:** Higher education \- degree holder **Desired Experience Level:** Expert level **Departmental Function:** Logistics / Transportation **Industry:** Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Warehousing *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69e14fdf5b000033004d1cc0\&source\=indeed*
