This position is critical to ensuring the financial stability of the business in Mexico and actively contributing to strategic decision-making. **Position Objective** Lead the company’s finance function in the country, ensuring the proper operation of accounting, control, treasury, and financial planning processes aligned with the Group’s global standards. You will be responsible for providing timely and reliable financial information to drive business growth and profitability. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and develop the local finance team. * Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements. * Oversee financial closings, reporting, and audits. * Manage budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis. * Control cash flow, working capital, and financial risks. * Implement and monitor internal controls and corporate policies. Provide financial support to management for strategic decision-making. * **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field (MBA preferred). * \+10 years of experience in similar roles, ideally within manufacturing or multinational companies. * Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, financial control, and treasury. * Experience leading teams. * Advanced English proficiency.
