Find us on LinkedIn as: Lufthansa Cargo servicios Logisticos de Mexico **Objectives** To carry out documentary and physical verification of export cargo, ensuring full compliance with customs and airline regulations to guarantee safe transportation while delivering appropriate customer service. **The person responsible for the position of** ***Export Agent*** **will be responsible for:** * Receiving, reviewing, and entering shipment information into various airline systems and warehouse systems * Performing physical and documentary acceptance of export shipments * Requesting customers to update export documentation * Preparing, closing, and generating flight files for client airlines * Reviewing and updating embargoes issued by client airlines * Supplementing acceptance reports from other departments with relevant information * Understanding hazards and risks related to security * Applying good documentation practices in all records generated * Implementing security measures and instructions for custody, handling, and storage of foreign trade cargo to comply with operational security and chain-of-custody requirements. ***\* Perform tasks requested by operations or the immediate supervisor as needed.*** To succeed in this position, we value a combination of the following qualifications: * Completed Bachelor’s degree * Intermediate English * Knowledge of dangerous goods * Experience in bonded warehouses * Proficiency in Microsoft Office 360 * Familiarity with airline systems * Familiarity with warehouse systems * Customer service orientation * Proactivity * Sense of urgency * Ability to learn quickly * Adaptability * Flexible working hours * Tolerance * Responsibility * Availability * Results-oriented mindset * Teamwork ***\* Please attach your CV*** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000\.00 \- $10,011\.00 per month Benefits: * Medical expense insurance * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
