




Job Summary: Coordinate and track export shipments, prepare documentation, manage customs procedures, and maintain communication with customers and agents. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and tracking of export shipments to ensure on-time deliveries 2. Preparation and review of export documentation and customs clearance management 3. Communication with customers and agents for shipment coordination Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Foreign Trade, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in foreign trade, logistics, exports, or customer purchase order administration. * English proficiency level B1 (basic reading, writing, and communication skills). * Knowledge of customs regulations and export documentation. * Organizational, tracking, and effective communication skills. * Familiarity with SAP (Order Management System). Responsibilities: * Coordinate and track export shipments to ensure adherence to delivery timelines. * Prepare and review export documents (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, etc.). * Manage customs clearance procedures and ensure compliance with international regulations. * Maintain communication with customers, freight forwarders, and customs authorities to coordinate shipments. * Support the preparation of logistics reports and information control. * Verify that products comply with the destination country’s export regulations. * Preparation of checks, invoices, and document administration We Offer: Statutory benefits + food vouchers Job Stability Position Type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Food vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
