This person will be responsible for managing complex sales cycles, building relationships with decision-makers, and generating opportunities that drive business growth. The role requires a **consultative mindset, negotiation skills, and experience closing enterprise deals** with high deal values. Responsibilities * Manage the **entire sales cycle**: prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, and closing. * Develop relationships with **stakeholders and decision-makers in enterprise companies**. * Handle complex sales processes involving **multiple stakeholders**. * Build and maintain a **robust pipeline of qualified opportunities**. * Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer success) to maximize commercial impact. * Achieve and exceed **revenue and growth targets**. * Understand customer needs and strategically position the solution. Profile We seek someone with a **hunter and closer mindset**, who enjoys building high-level relationships and closing large deals. Must have * Experience in **enterprise sales**. * Proven track record of closing deals averaging approximately **$70K USD or more in Average Revenue**. * Experience managing **consultative and complex sales cycles**. * **Advanced English** (working with international clients). * Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Plus * Experience in **SaaS, EdTech, or technology**. * Experience selling to **talent teams, corporate education, or digital transformation teams**. * Familiarity with **CRM and sales tools**.
