




Job Summary: Responsible for case validation, chargeback application, initiation and follow-up of dispute reference numbers (folios), and customer service in representation processes. Proficiency in tracking and control tools **Main Responsibilities:** * Validation of remittance cases. * Application of chargebacks according to business rules. * Initiation of dispute reference numbers (folios) (domestic and international). * Follow-up on resolution of folios and cases. * Handling of chargebacks and representation processes. * Direct response to customers (in favor or against). * Completion and updating of the tracking matrix. **Requirements:** * Incomplete or completed degree (preferably in accounting or finance). * Minimum 1 year of experience in payment methods or the financial sector. * Basic/intermediate English knowledge. * Proficiency in tracking and control tools.
