




Position Summary: HiscoMex is seeking a Customs Specialist with experience in foreign trade to manage and ensure compliance of customs operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end management of import/export documentation and customs entries 2. Coordination of tariff classification and registry updates 3. Operation of customs systems and ERP for foreign trade activities **HiscoMex Is Seeking:** **Position: Customs Specialist** Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Education: Degree in Administration, Accounting, or International Trade; fluent English Experience: * Preparation of import/export invoices and related documents required for customs clearance compliance under various entry types (A1, A3, AF, C1, F4, F5, D1, IN, K1, P1, RT, V1, etc.) * Ensuring full registration of import/export transactions (invoices/entries) in the Global Trade PRISMA customs system. * Reviewing and approving individual and/or consolidated entry payments, providing requested information to customs brokers, and confirming completion of each transaction in the Global Trade PRISMA customs system. * Coordination of tariff classification for new products or updating existing classifications * Updating records in ERP systems WebUI/PDG (additions, deletions, part number changes, descriptions, MX/US HTS codes, country of origin, and USMCA certificates of origin) * Updating catalogs in the Global Trade PRISMA customs system Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: Starting at $1.00 per month Benefits: * Medical expense insurance * Life insurance Work Location: On-site employment
