***PRIDA CORPORATE SERVICES*** *Due to expansion, we are seeking a* ***Customs Broker*** *in:* ***El Colón, Querétaro.*** **Main Responsibilities** * Revalidation of shipping guides and control of shipment documents. * Physical verification of goods described in the invoice, including photographic evidence and recording of individual identification data. * Preparation of case files. * Monitoring the customs clearance process, from receipt through to release of the shipment. * Handling customs inspections, pre-clearance procedures, and modulations according to established protocols. * Coordination with the customer service department, providing feedback on the status of shipments. * Control and safeguarding of physical and digital documentation for import and export case files. * Supporting the collection and delivery of shipping guides, coordinating departures and transportation logistics. **Required Knowledge** * Customs clearance processes for imports and exports. * Customs Law and General Rules of Foreign Trade. * Operational knowledge of modulation, pre-clearance procedures, and customs inspections. * Processing of shipping guides and cargo documentation. * Basic knowledge of contribution calculations and tariff classification (desirable). * Inventory control, goods receipt, and dispatch. **Requirements** * Minimum education: Completed high school diploma or Technical Degree in Customs Procedures. * Experience: Minimum 6 months in warehouse, receiving, inventory, or customs clearance activities. * Prior experience in modulation, pre-clearance procedures, goods inspection, and shipping guide collection is desirable. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements If you are interested, please send your CV to any of the following email addresses: ° reclutamiento@prida.com.mx ° becaria.rh@prida.com.mx Position type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $11,000.00 – $12,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
