




Position Summary: Coordinate and prepare customs documentation, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain the operations database for a leading food and beverage company. Key Highlights: 1. Verification of tariff classifications and non-tariff regulations. **Knowledge:** * MVE Preparation * Customs Entry Annotation * Interaction with Customs Brokers Activities: * Prepare and submit Value Declarations based on supporting documentation (invoices, contracts, packing lists, etc.). * Review, annotate, and validate import and export customs entries in accordance with the Customs Law and its general rules. * Verify applicable tariff classifications, regulations, and non-tariff restrictions. * Coordinate with the traffic team and customs brokers to ensure proper file compilation. * Identify and correct information inconsistencies prior to transmission to the customs system. * Maintain an up-to-date operations and document database for internal and external audits.
