Create and provide documentation for import/export shipments. o Monitor and manage import shipments under customs control promptly to avoid penalties. o Validate information provided by the shipping department against the ERP system. o Prepare U.S. and Mexican documentation (issue invoices under Free Trade Agreements where applicable). b. Implementation of Audits o Identify areas for improvement to ensure proper import/export processes. o Maintain the ZOE IT system up to date (descriptions, values, units of measure, weight). o Update the database with new products (RM and FG). c. Multidisciplinary Collaboration o Work closely and maintain effective communication with the Shipping Department, RBI (ELP warehouse), and U.S./MX customs brokers to declare accurate information to CBP. o Validate costs (BOL vs. MAPICS/CI) 4\. Position Requirements a. Education: o Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Commerce, or more than 2 years of relevant experience. b. Language: o Bilingual English\-Spanish 5\. Experience: * Minimum 2 years in the maquiladora industry * Practical experience in customs clearance procedures and working with ERP/MRP systems. MAPICS/M3 is an advantage. * Practical experience with Zoe IT Customs (PL, CI, Entries). 6\. Technical Knowledge: * Proficiency in Excel, data, documentation, and USMCA analysis. * HTSUS validation. **But what else?
